Return and Refund Policy
All of our services and products are customized and cannot be returned, but your complete satisfaction is our goal.
If you are unsatisfied with any products or services, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe in detail your request for a refund. All refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include a partial or full refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card within two business days. The credit should appear on your credit card account within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying any shipping required for any new products reissued to you. These shipping costs are non-refundable and must be prepaid. These costs will be deducted from your refund, if any.
Invoices and Sales Receipts
Invoices and Sales Receipts from Discovery Media Productions, Inc. are due and payable in full upon receipt. You may pay by mailing a check to PO Box 19881, Portland, OR 97280, pay via credit/debit card at https://discoverymp.com/pay or in person with cash (we will not accept cash via mail). Disputes with any services billed on invoices or sales receipts must be made in writing to email@example.com. All inquiries will be considered and adjusted on a case-by-case basis. Any errors in overpayments must reported to firstname.lastname@example.org and if a credit is approved, we will initiate a credit using the original payment method. If the original payment method was a credit or debit card, the credit should appear on your credit card account within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
