Discovery Media Productions, Inc. (“DMPI”) uses the information you submit to provide you with the products and services you request. DMPI does not share any of your information or sell it to other marketers without your permission. DMPI may share your information with vendors or affiliates that assist us in providing your services.
All communications with DMPI, including e-mail or telephone calls, may be recorded and saved. Your e-mail and physical address are used to update you on your order status, send links to download files via the internet, and to ship any physical products that you have requested to you. Your e-mail address that you provide may be used to contact you for such reasons as (but not limited to) to let you know of upcoming deals, current trends in our market area, or new features, products, or promotions that you may be interested in. You have the ability to unsubscribe from these by contacting us at info@discoverymp.com.
DMPI will not publish or make any recorded media or converted media such as videos, photos, or audio recordings, to any other company (public or private). We will not show your media to any third party without your prior approval. However, by submitting your original media to DMPI for conversion or services, you understand and agree that employees or representatives of DMPI will see the content of the videos and/or hear the audio contained therein for such purposes as quality control or requested editing, and you waive any and all privacy rights in the content of the media provided to us.
Discovery Media Productions, Inc. uses third-party file sharing sites such as Dropbox to host your media files we upload for you to see. You will be provided with a link to access the media you have requested. This link will not be shared with anyone besides you using your e-mail address provided to us. Understand that if this link is shared with anyone else besides you, other persons or entities will have the opportunity to view or listen to your personal videos or audios. Also understand that whatever media is hosted on a third-party site may also have access to your media. These third-party file sharing sites have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions that you are encouraged to view using links provided by those third parties.
Disclosures
In order to comply with applicable laws and subpoenas, Discovery Media Productions, Inc. may disclose personal information in its possession to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or other parties or entities as required by law.
In any event that DMPI comes under new ownership or is otherwise acquired or merged with another company, your personal information will be included as part of such transaction.
DMPI occasionally works with promoters such as Groupon to market its services. The information you provide to such companies is handled under their own privacy policies. The information shared with us from such companies as Groupon may be communicated back to that company in order to handle your account or transaction but will otherwise be handled as listed in the policy listed above.
