Devin Williams
Owner
Devin is the owner and founder of Discovery Media Productions, Inc. located in Portland, Oregon and has been involved in the legal video field for over 21 years.
Devin was born and raised in the Portland Metro area and graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance. In 1993 he began working for a local court reporting firm as an office assistant and also handling their video depositions in-house. He became one of the first CLVSs (Certified Legal Video Specialist) in Oregon in 1994 and has maintained his certification ever since. After working for a video production company in Portland for 13 years doing video depositions and editing/production, he began Discovery Media Productions in 2007 to focus on the legal community’s video needs and to support court reporters’ needs for transcript production and video. Devin obtained his Trial Presentation Certificate in 2011 and has provided video and tech support for attorneys including court presentations, video playback, and support.
Devin has always maintained the highest standards for media production in the legal video field and insists on the one-on-one client interaction and communication that each client deserves.
Colin Sorensen
Videographer, Project Assistant
Colin came to Discovery Media in 2009 as a deposition videographer. In addition to handling video depositions and seminars, he has taken on the role of lead Project Assistant, taking care of most video and audio transfers and conversions in our Portland, Oregon office.
Lani Milton
Videographer
Lani started with Discovery Media in March 2017 as a deposition videographer. A Florida native, she moved to Oregon in May 2016 and holds degrees in both communications and documentary film and is a fan of podcasts, cucumber sours, and aggressively nice people.
Tim Garrett
Videographer
Tim became part of the Discovery Media team in March 2017 as a videographer for depositions and on-location site shoots. He is proficient in producing videos for large and small businesses on social media posts and is an active part of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce.
